Iwas born in Romania in 1976, and first I established myself in

 painting artwork for pubs and restaurants and later, after my

 move to U.S.A, I had an avid interest in portraiture paintings.

Currently, I reside in Chicago and I'm involved on commissions while

 creating my own personal artwork. I was engaged with an array of

 cultures in design, in architecture and theatre.

In childhood I was challenged by the idea of trying to reproduce

 one of my father’s drawings; I would spend many hours locked

 up in my room perfecting my skills and my style.To continue to grow as

 an artist I experiment with new media, new tools and new ideas.

 During years I developed a style that combines beautiful rich surfaces

with vivid colors, also playing with emotional dark to soft light figures,

 shapes and imaginary creatures or silhouettes; this method of painting has freed me to create an artwork from my imagination,

 memory or something that I’ve seen or read in the media. Through my

art I interpret the emotions that music, love and feminism engraves in

us.
